Source distributions
Most materials which are distributed via this site, are distributed with their full sources, and are copyrighted (c) by e-tunity. You are permitted to use these materials, and you are permitted to reproduce these materials in their original form as long as this copyright message is included in your reproduction and as long as you supply an appropriate message, e.g., "reproduced with the permission of e-tunity."

You are not permitted to alter the materials, except for purposes of bug fixing. Incase you do alter the materials, you are obliged to let us know (preferably using a diff). In this case, we will consider your changes, and possibly include them in a following distribution, of course including your credentials if you like.

Binary distributions
Some materials which are distributed via this site, come in a binary format: i.e., as pre-compiled libraries or binaries, without sources. You are permitted to use these materials for evaluation purposes only. You are not permitted to re-produce these materials. You are not permitted to use these materials in a commercial setting without prior written consent of e-tunity.

Open source distributions
Some materials which are distributed via this site are simply "re-packaged" open source applications. Such applications can be distinguished from e-tunity's materials by the fact that the accompanying documentation is not written by us. Most often you'll find a file COPYING in these packages, holding the "GNU CopyLeft" notice. Such packages can also be freely downloaded via the Internet.
